90 Day old Bleu 'Stilton'. I think that I added too much bleu too soon... Funkiest and strongest cheese I have ever eaten. I ate it on Saturday, still alive and kicking on Wednesday.
Well, everybody else is doing it, why not me? I have no idea where I'm going with this, or if it will be of any interest to anyone else.
Am I really a happy idiot? Hmmm. I do have many things in my life that I am truly thankful for. I have a wonderful wife and kids, and a house with a big yard and a golden retriever. Pretty vanilla American. Happy.
And then there are things that don't make me so happy but I try no to dwell.....
Anyway, let's see where this thing goes.....
